Refund policy
While we can offer refunds or potential store credit for incorrect orders, our orders are non-returnable due to their customized nature. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at etched@engravecon.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name, order number, and a picture of the faulty item in good lighting so that we can best help you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on sale/clearance items or gift cards. Thank you for your understanding.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us via email at etched@engravecon.com. Our customer service team will work with you to determine next steps.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your query and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
