Shipping policy
Once our packages leave our facility, we are no longer liable for what happens to them during shipping.
If there is an issue with shipping, please reach out to us at etched@engravecon.com and we will work with you to sort out the problem. In the event of lost orders you will receive, you will receive a 50% discount on your replacement order. In the event of damaged shipments, we will replace the item free of charge.
At this time, we only ship to all 50 of the United States, The United States Territories, and Canada. We thank you for your understanding.
